Dans l'ombre de son nouvel album, le groupe de Black Metal allemand Imha Tarikat vient de dévoiler un nouveau single totalement indépendant de l'opus à venir. Le titre s'intitule "Son of Ultradevotion" et il se découvre ci-dessous.
Le groupe explique qu'il s'agit d'un morceau proclamant la défaite contre les ténèbres intérieures : "In the shadows of our recent album announcement, we reveal to you another beast that we have been working on. Son Of Ultradevotion is our most bitter song yet. A bitterness that is drowning a deep sorrow beyond recognition.
A song proclaiming the losing against the darkness within. A song like solutions whispered in your head that feel like needles stuck into the skin, that twist your stomach and that drive you insane.
There is no happy end."
Le titre a été enregistré et mixé par Marco du Hellforge Studio (Cryptic Brood, Evoke, Horn etc.).
