Le groupe culte de Black Metal norvégien, Darkthrone, dévoile en intégralité son nouvel album Old Star.
L'album est sorti le 31 Mai via Peaceville Records.
Le groupe annonce que cet album sera "comme si les 80's n'étaient jamais parties avec des riff plus Metal que jamais". Il a été mixé par Sanford Parker (Nachtmystium, Voivod etc...) et masterisé par Jack du Enormous Door. L'artwork est signé Chadwick St John (Arckanum, Quintessence, End etc...), est a pour titre "The Shepherd of the Deep".
