La formation américaine Bon Scropion a récemment dévoilé son premier album, intitulé Winds of the Unseen Sun, de façon indépendante. Le groupe revendique des influences des formations classiques Iron Maiden et Black Sabbath, et évolue effectivement dans un heavy/doom parfois teinté de stoner.
L'opus a été enregistré aux Blast House Studios à Madison dans le Wisconsin. Il a été mixé épar Dustin Sisson et masterisé par Landon Arkens. L'artwork a été réalisé par moronfathers.
