Le groupe de Neo-Folk / Neo-Medieval italien, Murmur Mori vient de sortir son nouvel album Sorte au format CD auto-produit. Il se découvre en streaming intégral ci-dessous.
L'album est inspiré de l'ouvrage de Boèce, la "Consolation de la Philosophie". Il s'agit de l'une des dernières grandes œuvres de l'Antiquité et parmi les plus influentes au Moyen Âge. Le texte, écrit en latin et composé de cinq livres, aurait été écrit en prison, alors que Boèce, accusé de trahison par le roi Théodoric le Grand, venait d'être torturé et qu'il attendait son exécution.
