Les italiens de Thecodontion (Black/Death Metal) sont de retour avec un premier EP intitulé Jurassic. Ce premier EP est sorti au format vinyl via une coopération entre Wooaaargh et Glossolalia Records et est limité à 300 copies.
Rappelons que ce groupe de War Metal évolue sans guitares. L'artwork est signé Giulia Ajmone-Cat.
Il a été enregistré, mixé et masterisé par Francesco Comercitandis que le mastering vinyl a été réalisé par Kenneth and Stephen Parker.
Note du groupe:
"As the title would suggest, it is a concept EP about four prehistoric creatures that lived in the Jurassic period: Side A is about two pterosaurs (the so-called ‘flying reptiles’ like such as pterodactyls), while Side B is about two sauropods (literally ‘lizard-footed’, large dinosaurs with long necks, small heads, thick legs, and long tails).
The pterosaur on the cover is a Rhamphorhynchus muensteri."
