Après avoir sortie demo, ep et split, Innumerable Forms (Death/Doom Metal - USA) s'apprête à sortir son premier album Punishment in Flesh le 17 août via Profound Lore Records.
On y retrouve notamment le guitariste de Mammoth Grinder Chris Ulsh. Ce premier opus a été enregistré au Side Two Studios by Ryan Abbott.
