"Cultural Association "Saint Metropolitan Dosoftei" plans to bring Suceava back to the middle ages.

Following the scandal generated by the priest A. Cojocar Remus-Justinian, who was deeply disturbed by the band Dark Funeral who just played Bucovina Rock Castle, local authorities plan to let the Church screen and approve every Metal band that are invited to play Suceava in the future. At the same time they ask all concert organizers in Romania to not book Dark Funeral or any other "Satanic" band anymore.

"Once again religion shows its ugly face, and that it's stuck in a cave mentality that obviously don't belong in the year of 2016! If you don't submit to their rules and values, they will ban you. What happened to Artistic freedom and freedom of speech!?"! Is this the kinda world we want to live in? Hell NO!!!

We have played Romania twice already. Its a nice country, with a great Metal scene and a lot of good people. It's puty you have to deal with this kind of censorship & harrasement from the church. However, make no misstake, they are obviously doomed to fail. And just because of all of this, we naturally hope to return as soon as possible to show that Metal can't be stopped!" /Dark Funeral"
