Les anglais de The Treatment ont annoncé hier soir via leur page facebook le départ de leur guitariste Ben Brookland, à cause notamment de l'état de santé de son père. Le groupe est actuellement à la recherche de son remplaçant.
Ci dessous le communiqué du groupe :
"Treatment Troops, we have a very sad announcement to make. Ben will no longer be continuing as a member of The Treatment. Please read his statement below regarding his decision.
'As some of you may be aware my Dad has become increasingly ill over the last few months. As a result of this, certain circumstances and priorities in my life have changed and I feel I can no longer continue as a part of The Treatment with the passion and commitment I once had, and also that the band needs and deserves. This may be the end of the journey for me but I would like to wish the band and Laurie all the best for the future and with the forthcoming release of the second album, which by the way sounds amazing! I have had the absolute time of my life being part of the band and all the experiences we have shared over the last few years shall remain in my fondest of memories and I am extremely proud to have been a part of what we have achieved together. I have laughed from day one, around the world and back, with five of the best friends I could ask for. I cant thank enough Laurie, Debs, Dhani, Rick, Tag, Matt, Josh, My family and all the fans around the world for the love, laughs, fun and music we have all shared during my time with the band! I look forward to seeing what the future now brings and will take great pride and enjoyment in seeing the future success that the band will share!'
We are all absolutely gutted to be losing a brother that we have shared so much with, and we wish him all the best for the future. We will be playing with a dep guitar player for the Airbourne tour, and cannot wait to get back out on the road!
