Mauvaise nouvelle pour les fans de Motörhead. Mikkey Dee, batteur de la formation a annoncé qu'à cause d'un chute de Lemmy et d'une blessure à la hanche dut à celle-ci, ils devaient annuler toutes les dates de leur tournée européenne.
Voici le communiqué du groupe :
"Motörhead deeply regret to disappoint all fans this summer. The band decided to cancel the summer shows. Doctor's strongly advised that Lemmy needs to take his time to get his body back in balance. To achieve this, the doctor and Lemmy agreed that it would be best to take it easy for a while. While saying this we can assure that the fall tour will be as explosive, loud and incredible as ever. Lemmy says: I'd like to thank everyone who wish me well, it was a tough decision for me as I don't like to disappoint the fans especially in times where economy is bad and people spent their money to see us. But sometimes you can't do anything else than following doctor's order but be sure we will be back and kick everybody's ass."
