AMONSETHIS est le fruit d’un projet sur 3 albums conceptuels contant l’histoire de la 7ème dynastie égyptienne.
Après le synopsis, un CD 3 titres intitulé logiquement « the legend of the seventh dynasty » sortie en 2009, après « the prophecy » le groupe grenoblois s'apprête à sortir son second album, "Part II: The Final Struggle" le 02 Mai 2014 en auto-production.

L’originalité du projet est de faire évoluer différents personnages et différentes influences musicales dans ce monde légendaire…
Ainsi, six chanteurs prêtent leurs voix :
Sofian Mejri (ex-MANGO GADZI), Emmanuelson (ELLIPSIS, WHISKY OF BLOOD) Mick (DESTINITY) Eric Bevilacqua (CHEMICAL WEDDING, ex-REST IN PEACE), Ma Sarah et donc Julien TOURNOUD.
Dernier point, cet album sonne un peu comme un symbole, en marge du conflit actuel au proche-orient puisque vous pourrez entendre du chant en hébreu, en arabe dialectique, en kabyle et en anglais…
