Après que Sarcophagus est splitté en 2009 le groupe s'est reformé sous le nom de... The Sarcophagus, et 2017 sera l'année ou on verra paraitre un nouvel album pour les turcs intitulé "Beyond This World's Illusion" en partenariat entre Satanath Records, Death Portal Studio, Fila Records & Hate Productions.
Il paraitra le 21 mars et a été masterisé au Necromorbus Studio (Devathorn, Ondskapt, Serpent's Lair...). L'artwork a été réalisé par Paolo Girardi.
